Public Policy Foundation of WV
The Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia is a nonprofit research and education organization that conducts scholarly research and analysis of public policy in West Virginia.  The Foundation's mission is to advance sound policies based on the principles of free enterprise, individual liberty, limited government, and traditional American values.

The Government Policy Research Center is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research affiliate of the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia. The GPRC focuses its efforts on areas of West Virginia government that includes budget and tax; public education; state energy policy; health care and other issues such as government organization and regulation.

The GPRC is located at West Liberty State College in West Liberty, West Virginia.
